1. Shipping Conditions
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and the United Kingdom (England).
Free local pickup in 86399 Bobingen is also possible. If you select “Selbstabholung” during the ordering process, we will inform you by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup (usually the same day!).
The shipping costs listed below include the statutory 19% VAT (abroad: gross prices may differ)!

The shipping costs for individual cooling packs, cooling cushions, styrofoam boxes and other individual items are determined and calculated based on the shipping weight as follows:
Up to 30 kg: 6,99€*
Up to 60 kg: 13,98€*
Up to 90 kg: 20,97€*
etc.
For goods designated as carton goods (“full carton”), the following applies instead of the weight scale stated above:
1 carton: 6,99€*
2 cartons: 13,98€*
3 cartons: 20,97€*
etc.
The basis for these tiers is a national parcel price of 6,99€*.
The maximum shipping costs for parcel goods are capped at 65,00€* per order.
Note: Depending on the total weight of your order, we may also ship on one-way or Euro pallet(s). If you have any objections or special requests regarding shipment on pallets, please leave us a note in the “Kundenkommentar” field (last step of the ordering process). For parcel goods shipped within Germany, we also offer the “DHL-Wunschzustellung” option via DHL. Here you can specify a preferred delivery date for a fee of 1,99€*. You can also choose a preferred drop-off location – this service is free of charge. Please note that our stated delivery time does not apply if you have selected a preferred delivery date. In that case, DHL will deliver on the date you selected.
For styrofoam boxes offered as pallet goods (“full pallet”), the following applies instead of the above:

2. Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of parcel goods within Germany takes place within 2 - 4 working days. For pallet goods, this differs to 2 - 5 working days. For deliveries abroad, delivery of parcel and pallet goods takes place within 3 - 6 working days after conclusion of the contract.
In the case of agreed advance payment, the period begins at the time of your payment instruction.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
3. Payment terms
Depending on the country to which delivery is to be made, and depending on whether you are ordering from us as a private individual or a business customer, we offer the following payment methods:

- Payment by invoice with a payment term of 10 days (only for business customers, public institutions and authorities after prior review)
