Easy Assembly & Safe Disposal
Assembly is simple: set up the outer carton first. Then insert the two-part insulation jacket and place the base panel. Add your goods and the cooling medium, then place the lid panel on top. Seal the carton – finished.
After use, the entire packaging can be disposed of through regular paper recycling together with the outer carton. No separation or cleaning required.
Application Notes
- Ensure that the shipped products are placed as close as possible to the inner walls of the box – empty spaces should be filled with suitable material to maximise insulation performance.
- Use additional
Cooling packs or
PCM Cooling Pads (Deep Freeze) as needed – performance depends on outside temperature, product type and shipping duration.
- The box is delivered flat and can be assembled quickly right before packing – ideal for warehouse processes.
- After use, the entire packaging can be recycled via the standard paper recycling stream.
