We want you to be confident at all times that you are receiving a fair and competitive price at Kühlakku.de. That is why we offer our Best Price Guarantee on selected items – indicated by the gold Best Price Guarantee sticker shown on the respective product image.

Our promise to you: If you find an identical product at a lower price from another German supplier, we will undercut that price by 1% – subject to the following conditions.

1. Scope of Our Best Price Guarantee

• Valid for private and business customers.
• Only for products sold and shipped directly by Kühlakku.de.
• Price comparisons only with commercial providers in Germany:
  • German online shops
  • Brick-and-mortar retail stores in Germany
  • German mail-order companies with a registered office in Germany
• International sellers or providers without a registered office in Germany are excluded.

2. Requirements for a Valid Comparison Offer

2.1 Identical Product

• same brand / same manufacturer
• same article number / EAN
• identical version (color, size, packaging unit, etc.)

2.2 Availability

• immediately available from the competitor
• or available for in-store pickup on the same day

2.3 Pricing Information

• publicly visible final price
• including all shipping costs, fees, and mandatory surcharges

2.4 Seller Criteria

• commercial seller with a German legal notice (Imprint)
• no marketplace offers (Amazon Marketplace, eBay sellers, etc.)
• no private sales or classified ads

3. Excluded Offers

3.1 Promotions and Special Pricing

• personalized discount codes (e.g. newsletter coupons)
• cashback, bonus, or loyalty programs
• bundle offers
• obviously incorrect competitor prices (e.g. pricing errors)
• clearance items, remaining stock, B-stock, or returned goods
• closeout sales due to business closure, insolvency, or liquidation
• extremely time-limited promotions (e.g. flash sales, “happy hour” pricing)

3.2 Seller Categories

• private individuals
• platform and marketplace sellers (Amazon Marketplace, eBay, etc.)
• foreign sellers with a German domain but without a registered office in Germany

3.3 Product Condition

• used goods
• damaged or opened packaging
• custom-made or personalized products

4. Best Price Guarantee Request Process

Your request may be submitted before placing your order or at the latest within 10 days after your order by email (shop@kuehlakkus.de).

Required information:

• link to the competitor’s offer
• screenshot of the price including shipping
• proof of availability (if applicable)
• your order number (if the order has already been placed)

We will review your request promptly and inform you in writing of the outcome.

5. Type of Price Adjustment

5.1 Before Ordering

• direct price adjustment in the shopping cart
• or issuance of a discount code for the price difference

5.2 After Ordering

• refund of the price difference to the payment method used
• or – by arrangement – a credit note for future orders

6. Limitations

• Valid up to a maximum quantity of 5 pallets per item. Larger quantities are reviewed individually.
• The Best Price Guarantee cannot be combined with other discounts.
• We reserve the right to reject abusive or unclear requests.

7. Voluntary Service

The Best Price Guarantee is a voluntary service provided by Weigang GmbH. It may be modified or discontinued at any time without creating any legal entitlement.
